Krishnastami (Janmastami) festival has celebrated with a great zeal pomp by the children of pre – primary & primary students at aditya school J.kpur. Children came dressed in, as Krishna and other colourful outfits. They wore peacock feather head-gears, decorated matkas and flutes. Slokas were recited and songs related to krishnastami were played while a pooja was performed by staff and the children. The fragrance of flowers, soothing aroma of burning camphor and jingle of the bells filled the air. The involvement of the children in the celebrations at such a tender age was worth applauding. The dance of mukunda…. and skit of ‘Sri krishna’ brought the gokulam to our school. Principal Smt. B. Supraja Rani led every one into a devotional track and greated the gathering with pious heart. The event has ended with the utti breaking . Many little krishnas have participated in this hilarious,  joyful play and kept every one in festive mood.
